OVERVIEW
Head chef Neal Fraser offers full-scale catering all over Southern California and also dishes up food in his popular Beverly Boulevard eatery. The catering menu incorporates entrées like sautéed black bass with byaldi confit and sweet garlic basil nage, and grilled tenderloin of wild boar with braised cabbage, Yukon gold potato spaetzle, and violet mustard sauce.
