As the upscale events arm of City Kitchen catering company, Urban Palate recently serviced guests of Christie's Auction House and InStyle. Separate inspired menus included items like duck confit sloppy Joes on polenta crisps with pickled red-onion marmalade, paella croquettes with mahon cheese, and baby lamb chops marinated in pomegranate molasses.
