Chef Alan Jackson operates Jackson’s Catering along with his wife and partner, Heidi. Jackson’s is the preferred caterer for the Directors Guild of America, Christie’s Auction House, and the Paley Center for Media. A menu for a private party in Santa Barbara featured lobster croquettes; warm white asparagus salad with Santa Barbara prawns and Meyer lemon hollandaise; seared tuna sashimi with yuzu, Maui onion, baby arugula and dried miso; and roasted filet of beef with crispy potato blini and apple jalapeno puree. Clients include Louis Vuitton, Vanity Fair, and Paramount.
