OVERVIEW
Started in 1996 by three Rococo Catering alumni, Renaissance caters parties for as many as 10,000. Menu items include seared tuna on a wonton crisp with daikon sprouts, enoki mushrooms, ponzu sauce, and fresh mango, and white and dark chocolate-dipped fortune and almond cookies. The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Petersen Automotive Museum, and UCLA Schools of Law and Medicine are among Renaissance’s clients.
