OVERVIEW
Michelle Peranich worked for Wolfgang Puck at Spago and Chinois for more than 15 years and started her own catering company in 2005. For a reception at an architectural firm, the menu featured Alsatian pizza with crispy prosciutto and fromage blanc, and mini filet mignon Wellingtons.
