OVERVIEW
After working as food and beverage manager for the historic Chateau Marmont hotel, Alan Dunn started this full-scale catering company in 2002. Many clients come from the entertainment industry, like Bolthouse Productions and Dreamworks. Menus feature international cuisine, from American soul food to Euro-fusion and Pan-Asian, like noodle-wrapped shrimp with papaya mango sauce and Thai noodle salad in mini takeout boxes served on flats of wheatgrass.
