OVERVIEW
Chef Akasha Richmond was a private chef for Barbra Streisand, has catered parties for Pierce Brosnan and Billy Bob Thornton, and has produced events at the Sundance Film Festival. She used eco-friendly practices before being green was cool, serving market-inspired dinners since the late ’80s and using produce from family-owned farms and artisanal ingredients.
