OVERVIEW
Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, this joint venture between Dole (as in the pineapple people) and the Four Seasons opened in December 2007. There are 270 rooms and suites, a health center, a spa, and 40,000 square feet of event space. Outdoor gardens and manicured lawns overlook an authentic pagoda and waterfalls and hold 500. A full-service TV production studio, including a 7,000-square-foot soundstage, is on-site.
