OVERVIEW
Wolfgang Puck is one of L.A.’s most omnipresent caterers. Puck has served Oscar-shaped chocolates and smoked salmon at the Governors ball since 1994. For a recent Grammy party, the menu included sweet crab cakes with herb remoulade and tempura shrimp with wasabi glaze.
Puck is also the preferred caterer for the Page Museum, Kidspace, and the Kodak Theatre, and recently took over catering operations at the Pacific Design Center.
