What began as a few intimate dinners for chef Joachim Splichal’s loyal Patina restaurant patrons has turned into one of the largest, and most ubiquitous, off-premise catering companies in Southern California. Menus focus on California cuisine with a French aesthetic; some signature dishes include braised beef short ribs with porcini mashed
potatoes, ahi tuna cones, and the compressed salad with manchego cheese. Patina is also the exclusive caterer of the Hollywood Bowl and Lacma.
