With events personalized to reflect the individual nature of their clients’ tastes, Tres L.A. serves classically inspired cuisine with a modern twist to create unique, progressive corporate and private events. With events ranging in size from 50 to 2,000 guests, Tres L.A. gives every event a boutique feel by paying meticulous attention to every detail. When Alan Dunn, formerly of the historic Chateau Marmont hotel, created the company in 2002, his main objective was to bring a fresh approach to catering by pairing artfully presented food with the most polished and attractive serving staff in town.
