OVERVIEW
Open since 1958, this Modernist building has played host to the Academy Awards and numerous concerts and sporting events. Now, it’s home to annual events like the International Gem & Jewelry Show. The hydraulic floor can convert it from a 3,000-seat performance venue to a 27,000-square-foot exhibit space, with room for 149 booths (250 with a tent on the front lawn).
