OVERVIEW
In the basement of the historic Higgins Building, this 14,000-square-foot space is a combination of bars, alcoves, secluded rooms, and lounges, with room for 400. The bar menu celebrates the cocktail culture of yesteryear, and Hollywood's early years are featured in projections of silent films on the walls. Smaller rooms—like the game room, with a private billiard table—hold as many as 20. The lab holds 200, and the main bar, outfitted in copper, mahogany, and industrial accents, holds 150.
