| The House That Cartier Built |
| Cartier recently reopened its Palm Beach store with a luxurious event for a luxury brand. |
|
On February 28, Cartier reopened its boutique in Palm Beach with a new look sporting the elements of tradition and style that are the luxury brand's signature. Since the 1920s, the jeweler has been a landmark in the area, and with its most recent event honoring the Preservation Foundation-which aims to protect historical buildings-Cartier is cementing its influence.
The event was held over two locations: in the newly designed 2, 573-square-foot boutique and an outdoor tent erected especially for the occasion. Jassi Lekach Antebi of the J Group designed and produced the elegant soiree. The tent was draped in billowing white fabric with brown trim and accented with dangling crystal starburst chandeliers. Covered banquettes and sofas, white parsons coffee tables, and baroque end tables from Nuage Designs added to the luxe atmosphere. |

Elegant white spray roses, calla lilies, and pompons were accented by philodendron and flax leaves, as well as wire grass to soften the deep colors of the lounge arrangements and amplify the boutique's decor.
Palm Beach Catering provided a variety of appetizers including Mediterranean spring rolls with sun-dried tomato, kalamata olives, and feta cheese; Maine lobster medallions on vegetable chips with sriracha aioli-a Thai hot sauce-and caviar garnish; lamb loin medallions with minted rosemary chutney; and more-washed down with free-flowing wine and champagne. Additionally, bars of reflective, deep bronze held a selection of sushi rolls and sashimi accompanied by tamari, pickled ginger, and wasabi for flavor.
