| Plan Ahead Events Debuts in Style |
| A special celebration was held at the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach to launch the new Plan Ahead Events and its first franchisee. |
|
On June 26, the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts hosted the launch party for Plan Ahead Events, a full-service meeting and event management company, along with its first West Palm Beach franchisee, Sandy Dorsey. Prospective clients and guests enjoyed the double celebration full of decor, entertainment, and networking.
Guests sipped cocktails and mingled in the main hallway of the center before being welcomed into the event by Street Talk Orchestra, the live band set up inside the parlor. Palm trees with snow-white palms lined the room, while tall, clothed lamps glowed soft hues of orange, purple, and red to illuminate the space. Five vignettes were set up within the room, each featuring a different theme and decor elements. From an elegant Moroccan lounge with exotic centerpieces and a chic sitting area with antique golden hues to an updated tropical lounge with brilliant cranberry and purple, event planner Teresa Harrington provided guests with a sneak preview of the talent and creativity Plan Ahead hopes to offer its clients. |

 | Creative Show Services created a stage backdrop of black pipe and drape with screening material and creative lighting.

 | The Breakers Hotel served passed hors d'oeuvres including smoked salmon bugles.

Two food stations were set up featuring a Chicago steamship round of beef with serving sauces, tricolor cheese tortellini in a creamy pesto sauce, and penne with a chunky tomato basil sauce. Caterwaiters were also on hand with hors d'oeuvres such as piña colada chicken, petite grilled cheese with a tomato soup cup, and whipped Brie served on toast points, courtesy of The Breakers.
At the start of the evening, a video featuring United Franchise Group, the driving force behind Plan Ahead Events, was shown on flat-screen televisions placed around the room along with a ribbon-cutting ceremony officially welcoming the company and Dorsey to West Palm Beach. Gift bags with sponsor information and goodies, provided by Plan Ahead Events, were given to parting guests.
