The dining room and bar can seat 95 or hold as many as 150 for receptions. For more semiprivate affairs of fewer than 55, the bar is outfitted with a pool table and jukebox, and can be rented out separately from the restaurant space.

The menu changes seasonally as Armstrong uses only local, organic produce in his dishes. Items include the signature 8-ounce and Melrose burgers (made with hormone-free Black Angus meats), short rib grilled cheese, tuna melts, a selection of salads, and milkshakes and floats for dessert. Additionally, free-range turkey sandwiches and homemade veggie burgers are available for non-beef eaters. Toppings like cured bacon and heirloom tomato ketchup are all made in-house. Off-site catering is also available.
