| NACE Throws Vegas-Style Benefit |
|
| The National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) transformed the International Game Fish Association Fishing Hall of Fame & Museum (IGFA) into a Vegas-style casino to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Taste of NACE, an annual fund-raiser that benefits Kids In Distress, a nonprofit organization that works with abused children, and to honor Panache Party Rentals for its commitment to the industry. |

Welcomed by a stiltwalker dressed in a sultan costume provided by Galaxy Productions, guests walked down a red carpet into a spectacle of black, white, and red decorations—the gambling motif was evident throughout the venue. Cocktail tables, dressed in linens with a poker card pattern, were scattered throughout the lobby. E-Balloons enclosed the lobby with a balloon archway and perimeter.
Guests mingled and munched on delicious treats at various food stations, including pepper-crusted ahi with mango wasabi from the Radisson Hotel Miami, while the Hilton Sunrise chefs dished out tequila-marinated, sugarcane-skewered shrimp with avocado and blue crab.
Outside The Lines created a display of mannequins outfitted in red silk, black lace, and feathers—very Las Vegas showgirls—in the reception area. So Cool Events handed out flavored ice shots, a frozen fruit juice cup filled with your choice of spirit.
The party continued in the rear portion of IGFA, which houses all kinds of fishing memorabilia. The large area contained more food stations plus a variety of casino tables like black jack, craps, and roulette set up by Casino Parties Orlando. Private Stock Productions' band played dance music and also sent scantily clad showgirls out into the crowd to get everyone going.
