Partners Jim Mozina, Alejandro Muguerza, and Ian Michael Perris own Le Basque, which specializes in French, Spanish, and other western European classic cuisines. Each menu is specifically designed for the client. Le Basque has catered events for numerous politicians, magazines, banks, and high-end fashion designers like Armani and Carolina Herrera. Le Basque recently catered for Cartier at Art Basel Miami Beach.
