Since 1982, owner George Mena has catered global cuisine with Latin influences such as Caribbean, South American, and Cuban. Mena has catered for as many as 12,000 at a Microsoft event. Other clients include Saks Fifth Avenue, the Miami Childrens Museum, and the University of Miami, as well as banks and other schools. Some popular items are their shrimp cocktails, stone crabs, and other items from their raw bar.
