In 2010, partners Laurent Manrique, Peter Chase, Christopher Condy, and Meredith Gelacak opened this French-inspired seafood brasserie at the Carlton Hotel in Murray Hill. Designed by Doug Fanning of of Brooklynbased DYAD Studio, Salon Millesime provides a casual setting for daytime dining and a more lively space for musical performances in the evening.
