Known both for Executive Chef Devin Hasimoto’s sushi and teppanyaki dishes, this Japanese restaurant took over the former Okada space at Wynn and opened in May 2012. The dining room is decked out in bright reds and golds with a Japanese garden outside the windows behind the bar.
