Designer Philippe Starck turned an aging apartment building into this cool Sunset Strip spot in 1996. Seabar, the 1,700-square-foot lounge off the white-on-white lobby, holds 125. The club Skybar holds 550 combined with the pool area. Inhouse restaurant Asia de Cuba holds 302 for seated events or 425 for receptions.
