The Morton’s restaurants are known for steaks, martinis, and a clubby vibe. The Beverly Hills outpost has a private dining room called the boardroom, a masculine room with mahogany paneling, parquet floors, and marble-topped buffets. It seats 68 or holds 110 for receptions. The latest venue in the Morton’s chain opened in the mixed-use Warner Center development in December 2008. The bar is outfitted with plasma TVs, a patio, and a specialty martini list. Three boardrooms are available for dinner meetings; they can accommodate groups of 10 to 100.
