New hotel brand Mr. C, from the fourth generation of the Cipriani family, has plans to debut in June 2011. The 12-story property will include an event space on the 12th floor, which will offer 360-degree views of the city, a private elevator entrance, and outdoor capabilities. There's also a garden, a pool and deck area, lobby lounge, and restaurant.
