Museum of Modern Art—Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden
Originally designed in 1953 by architect Philip Johnson, the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden was expanded and a southern terrace reestablished in the mid-2000s. The garden displays sculptures from the museum’s collection and features low fountains in its central area. It holds as many as 1,500 people for receptions.
