Owner Alphe Williams began his career in theater and modeling before a trip to Greece directed him toward the world of food. After studying at restaurants across Europe, he opened New Creole Kitchen in 1995 and has been serving companies like Disney Publishing Worldwide, the Swiss Institute, Elisa Monte Dance, and the Council of Fashion Designers of America ever since. His menu incorporates the French, Spanish, German, and Native American influences that define Creole cooking in dishes like étouffée and jambalaya.
