Chef Michael Bick created Some Things Fishy Catering, Ltd. in 1991, following a culinary journey which began in 1982 from restaurant school to Executive Chef at several prestigious NYC catering companies. Michael has had the privilege of preparing meals for a wide range of clientele including top celebrities, politicians, and Fortune 500 companies. He collaborates with local farmers in Fairfield County, CT to create seasonal farm-to-table dinners, which continue to grow in popularity and success. He is a supporting member of Chef’s Collaborative and Local Harvest which strive to encourage local and sustainable food choices.
