Available for groups of 12 to 25 people, the four-hour event is available for booking anytime on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. While the competition can be tailored to suit individual parties, the typical arrangement calls for groups to separate into multiple teams of two to four members. The secret ingredient or basket of secret ingredients is then revealed and teams have an hour and 45 minutes to create a three-course dinner that is judged on taste, presentation, and the use of ingredients. Prices range from $95 to $115 per person, depending on the secret ingredients, and require two weeks' advance booking.
