In October, Jeff Berg and Alison Kadlovski of
Double Chocolate Fountain & Fun Foods partnered with Domenic Chiaromonte and Enzo Commisso to open
C2 Catering Couture. The company combines innovative food with whimsical presentation, customized to every event. C2 also incorporates interactive elements into their catering. “We try to make every dish artistic in appearance and surprise our clients with different presentations and plating,” Kadlovski said.
Rather than present a standard menu, C2 Catering Couture typically builds a menu from scratch, working closely with the client to develop the concept and vision. “We are all about customization,” Kadlovski said. “We allow the client to participate in the planning of their entire menu from start to finish.”
Since opening, the company has served at events with anywhere from 25 to 1,200 guests.
