Vogue Appoints Sylvana Soto-Ward as Event Director
Vogue has named a replacement to Stephanie Winston Wolkoff's recently vacated director of special events post. According to WWD, the magazine promoted accessories editor and six-year staffer Sylvana Soto-Ward to the position this week. Soto-Ward—who has also served as  editor Anna Wintour's assistant—will have additional support in her new department with the addition of Megan Salt as a special event consultant. Salt is a former employee of the HL Group and previously worked with the magazine on its Fashion's Night Out iniatitive.
