| Morgan Loft Penthouse: Temporary Venue for Holiday Season |
|
| Joining this season's slew of temporary shops is a pop-up venue from Mark Addison and EventStyle New York. Designed as a space for holiday parties and other corporate or nonprofit gatherings, the Morgan Loft Penthouse is available from December 1 through January 2010. Inside a mixed-use building on East 36th Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues, the 1,750-square-foot former residence comes complete with on-site amenities and partially furnished rooms. |

Accessed via a private elevator, the site offers three rooms, two bathrooms, a small terrace with views of the Empire State Building, and a kitchen. While the Morgan Loft Penthouse does have some design elements—artwork on the walls and a library of Assouline books—there are also decor packages (through EventStyle) as well as those for entertainment and catering.
Suited for intimate groups, the loft's capacity is 25 for seated events, 50 for buffet dinners, or 75 for cocktail receptions.
