Several elements of 1010 WINS' 40th anniversary party atGotham Hall had old New York touches, but none were as cute—or as simple—as the gift bag. The yellow bag stuffed with black-and-white checkered tissue cutely recalled the checkered cabs of New York's past. Klein Creative Communications and Ali B. Creationsfilled the bags with Bergino souvenir baseballs printed with a map of Manhattan, bags of chocolate-covered popcorn from the Hamptons Popcorn Company, and Mrs. Prindable's big chocolate-covered apples (big apples, get it?).
