OVERVIEW
Gambino’s Bakery, based in Metairie, LA, delivers its cakes, pastries and confections anywhere in the United States. For more than 50 years, the Gambino family business has been baking king cakes with a Cajun twist from scratch. The cakes are made with a rich Danish dough, baked and covered with a poured sugar topping and decorated with the traditional Mardi Gras-colored sugars. The bakery also has a wide selection of wedding cakes.
