OVERVIEW
For corporate meetings and dinners in a traditional Japanese setting, Inagiku in the Waldorf-Astoria main dining room space and a bar section with tables, as well as several private tatami rooms. The main dining room and bar are decorated with modern Asian accents, but the five tatami rooms offer more customary Japanese decor. Also available for catered off-site events, the restaurants chefs prepare contemporary Japanese cuisine including sushi, sashimi, tempura, and a traditional Omakase tasting menu; and the restaurant has an extensive wine and sake list.
