Boston-based catering firm Sebastians acquired Fisher and Levy in 2005. Executive chef Bill Hedge, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, prepares a large selection of vegetarian hors d’oeuvres including wild mushroom, leek, and smoked mozzarella strudel, and pistachio pesto and roasted plum tomato bruschetta. Cooper Union, Bovis Lend Lease, and Comcast are among its clientele.
