This 2,000-square-foot SoHo loft has oak floors and exposed-brick walls and offers corporate cooking classes in a gourmet kitchen with 400 square feet of space. The entire space seats 50 or holds 70 for receptions and can also be used for photo and video shoots. There’s a freight elevator with direct access to the loft.
