Established in 1985 and led by David Turk, this company has grown from a gourmet market to a full-service catering operation. Macaroni-and-cheese bars, risotto stations, and milk-shake shots are among his clients’ favorites. At a recent cocktail party, the company set up banquet stations featuring the tastes of Chinatown, South Street Seaport, SoHo, Little Russia, and Little Italy.
