Developed by Manhattan restaurateurs Peter and Penny Glazier, this company owns and manages Bridgewaters, Strip House, Monkey Bar, Michael Jordans the Steak House NYC, and Twenty Four Fifth, among other venues. Its catering arm, the Glazier Group on Location, incorporates seasonal ingredients into its New American cuisine for events throughout the tristate area. The recently launched Bridgewaters to Go packs event food in recyclable materials.
