OVERVIEW
Cooking by the Book’s TriBeCa kitchen offers special corporate in-house programs. Team-building sessions for as many as 40 begin with wine and hors d’oeuvres with executive chef Joyce O’Neil, followed by a three-course meal prepared by the guests. Each participant receives a personalized apron. Add-on wine programs are also available, as are services for off-site, hands-on culinary events for as many as 100.
