OVERVIEW
The Peninsula New York reopened its rooftop bar and lounge in May 2008. Formerly known as the Pen-Top Bar & Terrace, this 23rd-floor space is inspired by a Shanghainese socialite and features a mix of accents, including Chinese daybeds, Moroccan lanterns, and Venetian mirrors. The entire space is available for events and holds as many as 250, and a glass-enclosed lounge is open year-round.
