OVERVIEW
Founded in 1909, the Newark Museum features a mini zoo, a planetarium, and 80 galleries of African, Asian, and American art. The Engelhard Court includes 17-foot ficus trees and access to the museum's galleries; it holds 210 for seated events and dancing or 400 for receptions. The Alice Random Dreyfuss Memorial Garden holds 600 for receptions and can be tented for events.
