OVERVIEW
A quick ferry trip from the southern tip of Manhattan, this island features an esplanade that overlooks the harbor, the skyline, and the Statue of Liberty. The Admirals Quarters is a Federal-style house that holds 100, and Pershing Hall is available for meetings of 75. An outdoor space is suitable for corporate picnics, holding groups of as many as 300, and has basketball courts, softball fields, and volleyball courts. Event facilities are available year-round.
