Chef-owner Karen Burman has an affinity for Asian food and themed hors d’oeuvre trays. At a Truman Capote auction, Burman served red pomegranate panna cotta cocktails on a tray with red and white ice chilling on a copy of Capote’s In Cold Blood. She works with many clients in the finance, media, and nonprofit sectors.
