OVERVIEW
Established in 1994 by chef Anne Ferril, A Delicate Balance offers eclectic seasonal menus and counts TriStar Pictures, the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, and Swatch among its clients. Grape leaves stuffed with tuna and herbs, eggplant salad, and zahtar-marinated grilled shrimp are some of the appetizers the company created for a Moroccan-style dinner.
