This event planning and full-service catering crew has been providing services since 1991 in New York, Miami, and the Hamptons. Restivo handles both intimate dinners and corporate events for as many as 2,000. Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, and the Corcoran Group are among its clients. Entrées include Thai-chili-rubbed filet mignon, miso-crusted sea bass drizzled with a lemon vinaigrette, and pomegranate-glazed duck breast with a fiery-sweet plum chutney.
