OVERVIEW
The off-premise catering arm of Danny Meyer’s Blue Smoke restaurant offers a variety of authentic barbecue dishes as well as seasonal and regional Southern specialties. Smoked brisket hash, macaroni and cheese, banana cream pie, homemade buttermilk toast, and deviled eggs are popular items. The operation has fed guests at events for GQ, the Opera Theatre of St. Louis, and the Jazz Foundation of America.
