OVERVIEW
Chef Dan Barber of Greenwich Village restaurant Blue Hill opened this restaurant on the grounds of David Rockefeller’s Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture. The restaurant uses ingredients grown on the property to create seasonal entrées. The main dining room seats 125, and a private room seats 64. When weather permits, guests may sit on the patio overlooking the barn and fields before their meal.
