OVERVIEW
Patrick Jouin (a protégé of Philippe Starck) designed new restaurant Gilt in the historic space in the Palace Hotel that once housed Le Cirque 2000. The elegant and luxurious restaurant opened in December 2005 and seats 52. Directly adjacent is the Madison Room, which seats 75 or holds 125 for receptions.
