Established in 1995 by Shari Drewett and chef Mary Kathryn Washko, this boutique catering operation works out of a 1,000-square-foot West Village kitchen. Better Beings forte is small-scale events, and its menus focus on seasonal ingredients and healthy fare. Past clients include Entertainment Weekly, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Target.
