OVERVIEW
Jo-Ann Makovitzky and chef Marco A. Moreira moved Tocqueville down the block and made over the original space as 15 East. Moreira is working with chef Masato Shimizu (formerly of Jewel Bako) on the modern Japanese-inspired menu. The 45-seat dining room is simple and stylish, with a charcoal-and-white color scheme, and is well suited for a dinner tête-à-tête.
